How do I place an order on SaiyanKraft?
Select the product, click “Add to Cart,” and complete checkout with your details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it's shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact support quickly for assistance.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Only possible if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us immediately to update your address.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. If not found, contact us with your payment reference.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Partial COD.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We offer Partial COD. You need to pay 10% of the cart value online (Minimum ₹49). The remaining amount is paid in cash on delivery.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro areas may take a bit longer. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your order status in real time.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link is shared via SMS/email once your order is shipped. You can also track it under "My Orders."
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Sometimes, delays happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, or festive overload. We’ll keep you updated via SMS/email. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team with your order ID.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?
We take quality and packaging seriously, but in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos of the product and packaging, and unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per our return policy.
How do refunds work for cancellations or returns?
We only accept returns in case the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and packaging, and video of unboxing.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund the product amount only to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
